School Board‎ > ‎

The Hyde Park Elementary School Board consists of five Hyde Park residents elected by the voters of Hyde Park. The Board has two primary responsibilities; to ensure that each Hyde Park student receives a high quality education, and to operate the school in a fiscally responsible manner that balances educational needs with tax payers' ability to fund education. To fulfill its responsibilities, the Board has adopted the following core values:

  • The pursuit of excellence
  • A commitment to integrity
  • The belief that every individual is of importance
  • A commitment to community engagement
  • Evidence-driven decision making
The core values support the school's core purpose -- to foster curiosity, engaged learning, and responsible action in each individual – now and for a lifetime.

Board members have voluntarily agreed to abide by the attached Code of Conduct, which is renewed annually.
